Carlton G. Luhman Center for Supportive Living
The Carlton G. Luhman Center for Supportive Living includes two programs that operate simultaneously: a 39-bed licensed Board and Care program for adult males with chronic mental health disabilities and a 16-bed emergency shelter for homeless adult males with stabilized mental health disabilities. The Community Care licensed Board and Care program seeks to help clients strengthen skills and improve overall well-being by offering long-term housing and supportive services that focus on managing symptoms and increasing self-sustainability. The Transitional Housing program helps clients increase their income and move to permanent housing by developing individualized service plans, providing supportive services, and helping clients connect with providers in the community.

Hawley Veterans Services Center
The Hawley Veterans Services Center is a 20-bed transitional housing facility for male veterans who are homeless and have mental health disabilities. The program helps veterans increase their income, increase their self-sufficiency and obtain permanent housing by offering transitional shelter and supportive services. Supportive services available through the program include group and individual counseling, peer support, employment readiness curricula, life-skills building and linkages to community resources.

Troy Center for Supportive Living
The Troy Center for Supportive Living is a 40-bed California State licensed Board and Care program that serves male and female adults with chronic mental illness and disabling conditions. The program seeks to increase the overall well-being of its clients by providing long-term housing, life-skills training, psycho-education, and group counseling.

Imperial Manor is a 31-bed skilled nursing facility that provides secured[MM1] [CS2] and controlled care to male and female adults with chronic mental illness. The program provides individuals with long-term nursing care, assistance with daily activities, supportive services, and mental health treatment.
